Solid spot for a Korean pocha type of vibe. Beer, soju, and lots of Korean bar foods like fried chicken, spicy wings, sizzling plates of gopchang, spicy octopus, pork and tofu, etc. while sitting on these canister stools. This place gets packed on the weekends but it was pretty empty on a Thursday night which was great since our party gets loud and obnoxious. Service was good, the waiters were able to keep us stocked as more of our friends arrived and we needed to order more drinks. They do have a small parking lot that is valet only if you don't want to look for street parking.

Super chill place which can possibly fulfill my all time, Los Angeles dream... midday private karaoke!!! They're open for lunch, which is cheap and plentiful, but you can't take out. But it makes sense because they give you SOOOO much at a reasonable price

This review is strictly for the karaoke. Would 100% recommend! We got room 9 which comfortably fit party of 11. Arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night and was readily available. They only charged $20/hr for the room with 18% gratuity. No drink or food requirements. Which is great cuz most of the places I've been to prior charged per person or has a min order per person. They will hold a credit card on file until you checkout. Controller is in Korean with some English stickers. We still had a bit of trouble navigating the system when we needed to skip songs. Staff was fairly responsive when you rang the bell but toward the end we couldn't get anyone to come so we same one last song to end our hour left downstairs to pay and leave. Song selections were pretty decent with lots of Korean and American hits. They do have their own lot with valet at $5. However if you can score street parking, it's free after 6pm. Alcoholic beverages are where they make their money, my sister ordered a frozen cocktail for $17. Soda comes in a can for $3. Water was free. Note* if you have "kids" in your party, your room cannot order alcohol. However, exception is if "kids" are obvious "little kids" who absolutely would not sneak a drink lol. I think if you had teenagers mixed in your group is when the restaurant would caution not to serve alcohol in that party. Had a wonderful time! Thank you Star Night for allowing us oldies a chance to relive our younger days once again lol

Such a cute little pub/bar! Came here after dinner with friends to sing karaoke. The parking lot is tiny, but we were able to get a spot via $5 valet. We sat at the bar for a bit before requesting a room and I saw a lot of large groups enjoying their saturday night. They have a few large flat screens that was playing football, though I'm not sure who the teams were since I wasn't paying attention. Not sure if the early crowd (720pm) was there to watch the game or to start their night early. After chatting at the bar, we went into our karaoke room (room 10), the only karaoke room on the first floor. The room was fairly hot, the AC was not circulating properly, but other than that we enjoyed our time. We left the room around 9:45pm and was shocked at how packed the place got! If this place was closer, I would definitely would have been a regular. Would definitely be open to coming back here to try their food.

Pochas in Ktown are probably as plentiful as stars in the sky, but @starnight.la consistently remains my favorite spot to hang out and eat late at night with my friends! With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, popping music, a very affordable karaoke room, and an extensive menu consisting of Korean comfort foods, soju/beers, and handcrafted slushee cocktails, this spot is definitely perfect to stop by for a fun outing with friends. Service is always so kind and attentive (even when they're completely full), and they're always happy to grill/cook our food table-side and bring any extra condiments, bowls, and utensils out. Definitely check them out for a good time + good eats if you're in the Koreatown area! Featured here: Korean army stew pork bbq grill Vegas pool party

There's been so many countless times when I've passed by this spot while driving on Wilshire, and the name and the star decorations on the building never fail to catch my eye. It tends to get super busy on the weekends so I was happy that I was able to find some availability in my schedule and finally try this spot out. If you're looking for a spot with good vibes to catch up and hang out with friends and family, then Star Night is up your alley. They have one of the best outdoor ambience in KTOWN, Los Angeles, and it's even prettier at night with all the colorful lights. They serve tasty Korean pub food and they also have karaoke rooms for you to channel your inner Beyonce. Need some alcohol to unleash that inner Beyonce? Not a problem ,because they have a full alcohol license so they got hard liquor, cocktails, soju, beer and more! I thought that was pretty cool because usually Korean pubs/bars only serve soju, soju cocktails and/or beer. || L O C A T I O N / P A R K I N G || -Cross Streets are Wilshire Blvd & S Manhattan Pl. -Valet Parking (limited spots) or Street Parking -Try to get there as soon as they open or when the valet parking lot is still relatively empty so you can snag a parking spot. I would recommend parking on the right side (reference: facing the restaurant's entrance) so you don't need to wait for other cars to pull out to get out of the lot. || F O O D / D R I N K S || Pork BBQ Platter - Highly recommend if you're planning to share food with friends/family. It's a decent portion and it comes with pork belly, sausage, corn cheese, steamed egg and kimchi. The juicy pork belly was definitely the star of this platter because these were gone as soon as they were cooked and ready to eaten. Fish Cake Soup - Broth was so yummy especially after screaming our hearts out at the karaoke rooms. I liked how the broth wasn't overly salty. There was quite a good amount of fish cakes too! Pan Fried Octopus - Our server recommended my group to add some noodles on the side and I'm so glad we went with that suggestion because the octopus and sauce was so flavorful, the noodles helped soak up the flavor. I also liked that you could actually see and taste the octopus. I feel like most places that serve octopus dishes are stingy but that isn't the case here. Corn Cheese - I didn't realize the pork bbq platter already came with corn cheese but since I love corn cheese, I didn't mind ordering a separate plate just for it. It was quite cheesy and I honestly was fine with that! Star Night Special - such a pretty drink with all the layers! Quite tasty and addicting Vegas Pool Party - alcohol slushy time! I liked how they incorporated sour patch kids but do note that if your candy is in the drink for a long time, the candy will harden and it may be difficult to get to the candy!

There is limited parking in the front, but it is super spacious inside. We came when the parking lot is completely full, but we still got a seat in 2 minutes. The staffs were quick and courteous. Now the most important part, the food. It. Was. Amazing!!! Everything was so tasty, and paired super well with our drinks. We asked for the Terra beer and mixed it with Jinro soju. Overall highly recommend!
